- Proprietary. Aggregated CQ scores and marketplace data.
- Public. ILO, OECD, UN, WHO, WEF, national statistics (ILO: about $11 trillion in unpaid care).
- Primary. Annual global survey of parents, workers and employers.
Methodology
Follows the OECD / JRC composite-indicator handbook.
- Normalization. Common scale (z-scores or min–max).
- Weighting. Expert-validated, with sensitivity analysis.
- Aggregation. Geometric, penalizing pillar imbalance.
- Coverage. Start where data is strongest; expand yearly.
- Transparency. Publish methodology and data.
